रथस्थितः क्रोशमात्रे यान् अस्यत्य् अर्जुनः शरान् ॥
रथे क्रोशम् अतिक्रान्ते तस्य ते घ्नन्ति शात्रवान् ॥
तार्क्ष्यमारुतरंहोभिर् वाजिभिः साधुवाहिभिः ॥
तथागच्छद् धृषीकेशः कृत्स्नं विस्मापयञ् जगत् ॥

Traducción
Standing on his chariot, whatever arrows Arjuna loosed at the distance of a krosha — by the time the chariot had passed that krosha, those arrows struck down the enemies. With horses swift as Garuda and the wind, running well, Hrishikesha drove on thus, astonishing the whole world.

A marvel of speed: arrows shot a krosha ahead strike the enemy only after the chariot has already crossed that krosha. 'Kṛtsnaṃ vismāpayan jagat,' 'astonishing the whole world.' It is significant that the speed of the Lord's chariot exceeds even the flight of arrows. The verse teaches that whatever is moved by God surpasses every measure: the chariot driven by Krishna outruns the arrows; and for one who goes with the Lord, distances and times contract — what seems impossible in speed comes to pass, for it is governed by the divine will itself.
