ततस् तं विरथं कृत्वा सात्यकिः सत्यविक्रमः ॥
सेनाम् अस्यार्दयाम् आस शरैः संनतपर्वभिः ॥
साभज्यताथ पृतना शैनेयशरपीडिता ॥
ततः प्रायाद् वै त्वरितः सात्यकिः सत्यविक्रमः ॥
शृणु राजन् यद् अकरोत् तव सैन्येषु वीर्यवान् ॥
अतीत्य स महाराज द्रोणानीकमहार्णवम् ॥

śṛṇu rājan yad akarot tava sainyeṣu vīryavān ||
atītya sa mahārāja droṇānīkamahārṇavam ||

Traducción

Then, having deprived him of his chariot, Satyaki, of true valor, harried his army with arrows of smooth joints. That host, tormented by the arrows of Shaineya, broke; then Satyaki, of true valor, pressed on swiftly. Listen, o king, to what the mighty one did [in] your armies, having passed, o great king, through the great ocean of Drona's array.
