दीच्याः कृर्मा पुरुमित्रः श्रुतार्पणः
दुःशानो निकुम्भश् कुण्डभेदी रुक्रमः
पुरंयो दृथः ताकी हेङ्कजः
ल्यारुणीन्द्रसेनाश् संयो वियो यः
लाक्षः पुरुः क्राथी र्मा सुर्शनः
ते त्वाम् नुयास्यन्ति त्तीनाम् युतानि षट्
हि भीमं मौ चोभौ र्मराजं मातु
सुरान् देवेन्द्रो याशा मे त्वयि स्थिता
दारितान् द्रौणिना बाणैर् भृशं विक्षविग्रहान्
हि मातु कौन्तेयान् सुरान् पाकिः

ucyāḥ kṛtavarmā ca purumitraḥ śrurpaṇaḥ ||
duḥśāsano nikumbhaś ca kuṇḍabhe urukramaḥ ||
puraṃjayo dṛḍharathaḥ pa hemapaṅkajaḥ ||
śalyāruṇīndraseś ca saṃjayo vijayo jayaḥ ||
kamakṣaḥ puruḥ krāthī jayavarmā sudarśanaḥ ||
ete tvām anusyanti pattīm ayuni ṣaṭ ||
jahi bhīmaṃ yamau cobhau dharmajaṃ ca tula ||
asun iva devendro jaśā me tvayi sthi ||
rin drauṇi ṇair bhṛśaṃ vikṣatavigrahān ||
jahi tula kaunten asun iva vakiḥ ||

Traducción

'...the northerners and Kritavarman, Purumitra, Shrutarpana, Duhshasana and Nikumbha, Kundabhedi, Urukrama — these will follow you, sixty thousand foot soldiers. Kill Bhima and both twins, and King Dharma, O uncle, as the king of the gods slays the asuras; my hope for victory rests in you. Those torn by Drauni's arrows, their bodies cruelly mangled — kill them, uncle, the sons of Kunti, as the son of Fire slays the asuras.'
