ya etaṃ mantrarājaṃ nārasiṃhamānuṣṭubhaṃ nityamadhīte sa bhūrlokaṃ jayati sa bhuvarlokaṃ jayati sa svarlokaṃ jayati sa maharlokaṃ jayati sa janolokaṃ jayati sa tapolokaṃ jayati sa satyalokaṃ jayati sa sarvāṃllokāñjayati sa sarvāṃllokāñjayati
Who constantly repeats this king of mantras, the Nṛsiṃha, in the anuṣṭubh metre, he conquers the world of earth, conquers the airy world, conquers the heavenly world, conquers the mahar-loka, the jana-loka, the tapo-loka, the satya-loka, conquers all the worlds, conquers all the worlds.

The fifth fruit: the seven worlds.
Their ladder is the usual one and answers to the seven great utterances which the litany named in the twenty-ninth paragraph: bhūḥ, bhuvaḥ, svaḥ, mahaḥ, janaḥ, tapaḥ, satyam.
Earth, air, heaven — the three lower; mahar-loka, jana-loka, tapo-loka — the three higher; satya-loka — the abode of Brahmā, above which in this count there is nothing.
We saw the same ladder in the tenth khaṇḍa of the Subāla Upaniṣad, charted with the inhabitants of each world.
Note the verb: jayati — “conquers, wins”.
Not “reaches” and not “arrives at”: takes.
This word is everyday in Vedic literature — so one speaks of a king and a warrior. And it is applied to one who does nothing except repeat.
This, however, is the usual exchange of the śruti: what kings make war for is given to the one who sits and recites.
