पार्थम् आमन्त्र्य गोविन्दः परिष्वज्य च पीडितम् ॥
युधिष्ठिरं पूजयित्वा भीमसेनं यमौ तथा ॥
परिष्वक्तो भृशं ताभ्यां यमाभ्याम् अभिवादितः ॥
ततस् तैः संविदं कृत्वा यथावन् मधुसूदनः ॥
निवर्तयित्वा च तदा पाण्डवान् सपदानुगान् ॥
स्वां पुरीं प्रययौ कृष्णः पुरंदर इवापरः ॥

पुरंदरः इव अपरःpuraṃdaraḥ iva aparaḥlike a second Purandara [Indra].

अनुवाद

"Having taken leave of Partha and embraced him tightly, having honored Yudhishthira, Bhimasena, and the twins, and himself tightly embraced and greeted by the twins, Madhusudana made with them the due agreement [for a future meeting]; and, having turned the Pandavas with their retinue back, Krishna set out for his city, like a second Purandara."
