अनुवाद

"You, of great lineage, have come as if from one lake to another. A queen, all-auspicious, most honored by your husband, mother of heroes and wife of heroes, endowed with every virtue -- one such as you, O greatly wise one, must indeed bear joy and sorrow alike. Sleep and drowsiness, anger and joy, hunger and thirst, cold and heat -- all these the Parthas, ever heroic, have mastered, ever devoted to happiness. The Parthas, having renounced ordinary comfort, ever fond of the joy of heroes, men of great ardor and great strength, would not be satisfied with a trifle. The steadfast pursue what lies at the extremes, while those fond of ordinary pleasures cling to the middle -- and to the highest hardships, and to pleasures far beyond the human."
