ततः पुरुषशार्दूलः सज्जः सज्जं पुरःसरः ॥
कृताह्निकाय पार्थाय न्यवेदयत तं रथम् ॥
तं तु लोके वरः पुंसां किरीटी हेमवर्मभृत् ॥
बाणबाणासनी वाहं प्रदक्षिणम् अवर्तत ॥

tataḥ puruṣaśārdūlaḥ sajjaḥ sajjaṃ puraḥsaraḥ ||
kṛtāhnikāya pārthāya nyavedayata taṃ ratham ||

bāṇabāṇāsanī vāhaṃ pradakṣiṇam avartata ||

अनुवाद

Then the tiger among men [Krishna], prepared, going before, announced that prepared chariot to Partha, who had performed his daily rites. And he, the foremost of men in the world, crowned, clad in golden armor, with arrows and bow, circled it, keeping it to his right.
