अनुवाद

The dart, cut with three arrows by Drona in the great battle, and the spear he severed at once, dexterous of hand, the mighty one. Then the valiant son of Bharadvaja loosed in battle a sharp arrow for the slaying of him who longed for death; it, piercing his armor and the heart of him of boundless might, went into the earth, like a swan into a lotus pond. As a famished blue jay swallows a moth, O king, so Drona, the hero, devoured Dhrishtaketu in the great battle.
