भूय एव तदा वीर्यं जिज्ञासुः सव्यसाचिनः ॥
तच् छरैर् अर्जुनो वर्षं प्रतिजघ्ने ऽत्यमर्षणः ॥
विफलं क्रियमाणं तत् संप्रेक्ष्य च शतक्रतुः ॥
भूयः संवर्धयाम् आस तद् वर्षं देवराड् अथ ॥
सो ऽश्मवर्षं महावेगैर् इषुभिः पाकशासनिः ॥
विलयं गमयाम् आस हर्षयन् पितरं तदा ॥

Then Pakashasana [Indra] poured forth a great rain of stones, once more wishing to test the valor of Savyasachin; that rain Arjuna, exceedingly wrathful, warded off with arrows. Seeing that rain becoming futile, Shatakratu, the king of the gods, once more intensified it; that rain of stones the son of Pakashasana [Arjuna] reduced to nothing with swift arrows, delighting his father then.
