देवनागरी
एतद् विदित्वा तु भवान् प्रस्थापयतु पाण्डवान् ॥
द्रष्टुं हि पाण्डुदायादांस् त्वरन्ते कुरवो भृशम् ॥
विप्रोषिता दीर्घकालम् इमे चापि नरर्षभाः ॥
उत्सुका नगरं द्रष्टुं भविष्यन्ति पृथा तथा ॥

Here a mutual longing to be reunited reveals itself. It is telling that the Kurus hasten to see the Pandavas, and the Pandavas have grown homesick for their native city: those separated are drawn to one another. This is the natural longing for one's home and kin. Thus scripture displays the yearning for reunion; and Vidura calls for no delay in their return.
