ईदृशीं तां सभां कृत्वा मासैः परिचतुर्दशैः ॥
निष्ठितां धर्मराजाय मयो राज्ञे न्यवेदयत् ॥

Here a great labor comes to a good completion and is entrusted to one worthy of it. It is significant that the fruit of Maya's gratitude is not for his own glory but a gift to the righteous king: service is completed by handing over, not by keeping for oneself. Thus the verse shows the completion of the palace's creation; and next the sage Narada will come to this hall.
