Here Brahma brings comfort by revealing the flow of time. It is telling that he does not disturb the order by force, but points out: in its own time Yama will return to his task, and death will restore itself. In this is the patient wisdom of Providence, acting "in its own time" rather than in haste. Thus scripture shows that order is restored at the appointed hour; and this word is followed by the sign at the Ganga.
