译文

Of this it is said in a verse: [only] to those who perform the rites, who know the śruti, who are established in Brahman and who with faith themselves offer oblation to the one seer [the fire] — to them let this science of Brahman be told, and [to those] by whom the vow of the head has been duly performed.
