译文

"Discernment extends the sacrifice, and extends works as well; discernment all the gods worship as the eldest Brahman. He who knows discernment as Brahman and does not swerve from it, leaving sins in the body, attains all desires." He is the embodied self of the former. But within this [self] made of discernment is another self, consisting of bliss: by that the former is filled. He too has the form of a man: after the man-shape of the one, man-shaped is the other. The pleasing is his head, joy his right side, gladness his left side, bliss his trunk, Brahman his lower part, the support. Of that there is also a verse.
