भृगुः वै वारुणिः वरुणम् पितरम् उपससार अधीहि भगवः ब्रह्म इति तस्मै एतत् प्रोवाच अन्नम् प्राणम् चक्षुः श्रोत्रम् मनः वाचम् इति तम् होवाच यतः वै इमानि भूतानि जायन्ते येन जातानि जीवन्ति यत् प्रयन्ति अभिसंविशन्ति तत् विजिज्ञासस्व तत् ब्रह्म इति सः तपस् अतप्यत सः तपस् तप्त्वा
