तथा तैर् उपयातैश् च प्रतियातैश् च भारत ॥
आकुला सा सभा तात भवति स्म सुखप्रदा ॥
सर्वतेजोमयी दिव्या ब्रह्मर्षिगणसेविता ॥
ब्राह्म्या श्रिया दीप्यमाना शुशुभे विगतक्लमा ॥

Here the Creator's hall is full not of empty stillness but of the living gathering of beings. It is telling that the highest bliss is not solitude but communion in light: the joy of the celestial world lies in being-together, not in separateness. Thus the scripture reveals bliss as communion; and next Narada draws his conclusion.
