Here the concord of wives gladdens the whole household. It is telling that with peace between Draupadi and Subhadra, both the brothers and Kunti rejoice: harmony within a family is the source of shared joy. Here the concord of a household is itself its happiness. So Scripture reveals the Pandavas' joy; and the good beginning of this new kinship is blessed.
