उवास नगरे रम्ये शक्रप्रस्थे महामनाः ॥
व्यचरद् यमुनाकूले पार्थेन सह भारत ॥

Traducción

Placing Rama at their head, the great charioteers of the Vrishnis and Andhakas departed, taking the bright jewels given by the best of the Kurus; Vasudeva, however, remained there with Partha, O Bharata, dwelling in the lovely city of Shakraprastha, great of mind, and wandered along the bank of the Yamuna with Partha, O Bharata.

Comentario

Here the Lord lingers with his friend, unwilling to depart quickly. It is telling that Krishna stays behind with Arjuna, walking along the bank of the Yamuna: the Lord's love for his devotee prolongs the joy of togetherness. Here is the sweetness of the friendship between Nara and Narayana. Thus the scripture shows the inseparability of Krishna and Arjuna, and the bank of the Yamuna holds their companionship.
