ओं यो ह वै नृसिंहो देवो भगवान् ये वेदाः साङ्गाः सशाखाः सेतिहासाः भूर्भुवः स्वस्तस्मै वै नमो नमः

अनुवाद
Oṁ. He who is the God Nṛsiṃha — He is the Lord, and He is all the Vedas with their limbs, branches and histories. Earth, mid-air, heaven! To him be bow upon bow.

The thirteenth name is the Vedas, and they are named with everything that attends them: aṅga — the six auxiliary sciences, śākhā — the school recensions, itihāsa — the histories.
The list is the same as in the fourth paragraph of the first Upaniṣad, where the four Vedas were laid on the four quarters of the mantra.
Why is revelation named among the names?
Because otherwise it would remain a code of rules without a master. Here it is said: the word of the Vedas is not a report about Him — it is He himself in the word.
The second Upaniṣad said the same of the mantra itself: the signifier and the signified are one.
Note that itihāsa — “thus indeed it was” — includes the Mahābhārata and the Rāmāyaṇa. That is, into the list of the names of the Highest have entered also the tales of men.
