इति द्वात्रिंशत् इति तान्प्रजापतिरब्रवीदेतैर्मन्त्रैर्नित्यं देवं स्तुवध्वम्

“Such are the thirty-two,” — so Prajāpati declared them: “with these mantras praise ye the God constantly.”

The litany is counted: thirty-two.
The number is named outright, and not by chance. The second Upaniṣad of this book proved three times that the mantra-rāja is thirty-two syllables; now the mantras of the doxology are thirty-two as well.
That is, the list of names is cut to the measure of the verse. As many syllables as the anuṣṭubh has, so many ways to name Him of whom it speaks.
Note the command: nityaṁ devaṁ stuvadhvam — “praise ye the God constantly”.
The word nityam, “constantly”, stands also at the end of the litany of the Rāma-tāpanī, and in its last chapter, where one is bidden to repeat “always”.
This is what distinguishes doxology from petition. One asks once and out of need; one praises constantly and without need.
The next paragraph is the last in the Upaniṣad, and it will say what comes of this.
