कर्माणि चैव दिव्यानि महादेवस्य धीमतः ॥
तानि ते कीर्तयिष्यामि यथाप्रज्ञं यथाश्रुतम् ॥
न सुरा नासुरा लोके न गन्धर्वा न राक्षसाः ॥
सुखम् एधन्ति कुपिते तस्मिन्न् अपि गुहागताः ॥
विव्याध कुपितो यज्ञं निर्भयस् तु भवस् तदा ॥
धनुषा बाणम् उत्सृज्य सघोषं विननाद च ॥

译文

"And the divine deeds of the wise Mahadeva — those I shall proclaim to you, as I understand, as I have heard. Neither gods nor asuras in the world, neither gandharvas nor rakshasas prosper when he is angered, even those who had fled into a cave [for shelter]. In his fury, the fearless Bhava pierced the sacrifice [of Daksha] then, loosing an arrow from his bow, and roared with a great cry."
