बाहुं सवज्रं शक्रस्य क्रुद्धस्यास्तम्भयत् प्रभुः ॥
स एष भगवान् देवः सर्वलोकेश्वरः प्रभुः ॥
न संबुबुधिरे चैनं देवास् तं भुवनेश्वरम् ॥
सप्रजापतयः सर्वे बालार्कसदृशप्रभम् ॥
अथाभ्येत्य ततो ब्रह्मा दृष्ट्वा च स महेश्वरम् ॥
अयं श्रेष्ठ इति ज्ञात्वा ववन्दे तं पितामहः ॥

译文

"The Lord paralyzed the arm with the vajra of the enraged Shakra; he, this very Bhagavan, the god, the lord of all worlds, the master. The gods did not recognize him — that lord of the worlds — together with all the Prajapatis, radiant like the rising sun. Then Brahma, approaching, having seen that Maheshvara, knowing 'this one is supreme,' bowed to him, the Grandsire."
