भूमाव् आसीन एकाग्रो जगाम मनसा भवम् ॥
ततः प्रणिहिते ब्राह्मे मुहूर्ते शुभलक्षणे ॥
आत्मानम् अर्जुनो ऽपश्यद् गगने सहकेशवम् ॥

Then, having heard Krishna's word, having touched water, Dhananjaya, seated on the ground, one-pointed, went in mind to Bhava. And then, in the appointed Brahma-muhurta of auspicious sign, Arjuna beheld himself in the sky, together with Keshava.

Focused contemplation at once opens another world: "ekāgraḥ jagāma manasā bhavam," "one-pointed, he went in mind to Bhava" — and in the sacred Brahma-muhurta Arjuna finds himself "gagane sahakeśavam," in the sky with Keshava. It is significant that even in this vision he is not alone — the Lord is beside him. The verse teaches the power of focused devotion toward the sacred: a mind gathered into one and turned to God in an auspicious hour crosses the bounds of waking reality; and the devotee never ascends to the highest alone — the Lord accompanies him on every path.
