ततः कुन्ती च कृष्णा च भीमसेनार्जुनाव् अपि ॥
यमौ च राज्ञा संदिष्टौ विविशुर् भवनं महत् ॥
तत्र ते न्यवसन् राजन् यज्ञसेनेन पूजिताः ॥
प्रत्याश्वस्तांस् ततो राजा सह पुत्रैर् उवाच तान् ॥

yamau ca rājñā saṃdiṣṭau viviśur bhavanaṃ mahat ||

Here the wanderers find shelter and peace. It is significant that, homeless only yesterday, they now enter a royal palace, honored: Providence raises those who have suffered poverty to a place of honor. Here it is shown that faithfulness to dharma amid hardship is crowned with elevation in due season. Thus the text reveals the Pandavas' change of fortune; and under Drupada's roof the council concerning the marriage begins.
