सर्वशिल्पविदश् चैव वासायाभ्यागमंस् तदा ॥

Traducción
There came brahmins, the best among knowers of all the Vedas, choosing to dwell there, along with knowers of all languages; and merchants flocked there from every quarter, seeking wealth, and craftsmen of every kind came to settle.

Here the righteous kingdom draws to itself both the learned and the laboring. It is significant that brahmins come first, and then merchants and craftsmen: under the shelter of dharma both the spiritual and the worldly flourish. Here it is seen that good rule attracts the good: where dharma is, there knowledge and prosperity gather. Thus the scripture reveals the flourishing of Indraprastha; and the gathering of good people is the fruit of righteous rule.
