Here the beauty of the city is completed by the coolness of waters and lotuses. It is significant that the dwelling of the righteous is full both of splendor and of delight for the soul: the prosperity of dharma is not meager but abundant. Here it is revealed that the beauty of the world, sanctified by dharma, is not foreign to the righteous. Thus the scripture reveals the fullness of Indraprastha's happiness; and its ponds, like mirrors, reflect the sky over the righteous city.
