साधिभूताधिदैवं मां साधियज्ञं च ये विदुः ।
प्रयाणकालेऽपि च मां ते विदुर्युक्तचेतसः ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

sādhibhūtādhidaivaṁ māṁ sādhiyajñaṁ ca ye viduḥ |
prayāṇa-kāle 'pi ca māṁ te vidur yukta-cetasaḥ ||

Translation

“Those whose minds are fully absorbed in yoga and who know Me as Adhibhūta [the governing principle of the material manifestation], Adhidaiva [the source of all the demigods] and Adhiyajña [the Lord of all sacrifices] — such people remember Me even at the hour of their death.”
