अनुवाद

Pure of soul, pure of nature, O king, with heaven set before them, they waged noble battle, longing to overcome one another. Of pure lineage and deeds, the wise lords of men waged battle according to dharma, looking toward the highest path. There was no lawlessness there, nor battle without proper weapons; neither barbed nor tubular arrow here, neither poisoned nor blunt, neither needle-pointed nor brown here, nor with cow-bone or elephant-bone tip. There was no barbed arrow, neither rotten nor crooked-flying.
