श्रीभगवानुवाच ।
इदं तु ते गुह्यतमं प्रवक्ष्याम्यनसूयवे ।
ज्ञानं विज्ञानसहितं यज्ज्ञात्वा मोक्ष्यसेऽशुभात् ॥

śrī-bhagavān uvāca |
idaṁ tu te guhyatamaṁ pravakṣyāmy anasūyave |
jñānaṁ vijñāna-sahitaṁ yaj jñātvā mokṣyase 'śubhāt ||

इदम् तु तेidaṁ tu tebut this, to you.
गुह्यतमम्guhya-tamamthe most confidential.
प्रवक्ष्यामिpravakṣyāmiI shall declare.
अनसूयवेanasūyaveto one who does not envy.
ज्ञानम्jñānamknowledge.
विज्ञानसहितम्vijñāna-sahitamtogether with realization.
यत् ज्ञात्वाyat jñātvāwhich, having known.
मोक्ष्यसेmokṣyaseyou will be freed.
अशुभात्aśubhātfrom evil, from suffering.
Translation
The Blessed Lord said: “Because you never envy Me, I shall reveal to you this most confidential knowledge together with its practical realization. Knowing this, you will be freed from all the sufferings of material existence.”
