तानि सर्वाणि संयम्य युक्त आसीत मत्परः ।
वशे हि यस्येन्द्रियाणि तस्य प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठिता ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

tāni sarvāṇi saṁyamya yukta āsīta matparaḥ |
vaśe hi yasyendriyāṇi tasya prajñā pratiṣṭhitā ||

Translation

“Therefore one who, having subdued all his senses, fully fixes his consciousness on Me, regarding Me as his supreme goal — such a person is called yukta [established in yoga]. Truly, one whose senses are under control has steady consciousness.”
