Translation

“In one who contemplates the objects of the senses, attachment to them arises. From attachment springs desire, and from unfulfilled desire arises anger. (62) From anger arises complete delusion, and from delusion, confusion of memory. When memory is confused, intelligence is destroyed, and with the destruction of intelligence a person falls utterly. (63)”
