चिन्मात्रं चैत्यरहितमनन्तमजरं शिवम् अनादिमध्यपर्यन्तं यदनादि निरामयम्

cinmātraṃ caityarahitamanantamajaraṃ śivam anādimadhyaparyantaṃ yadanādi nirāmayam
