“She in whom magnanimity and beauty have risen, who is pregnant with the sap of dispassion and streams with bliss — she is called samādhi.”

The third definition of samādhi in this chapter — after 4.7 and 4.11 — and the only one that describes not the construction but the look.
Four traits, and all are of fullness.
Audārya — “generosity, greatness of spirit”. Saundarya — “beauty”. Vairāgya-rasa-garbhiṇī — “pregnant with the sap of dispassion”: the word garbhiṇī means “with child”, that is, carrying within what is yet to be born. Ānanda-syandinī — “streaming with bliss”, from the root “to trickle, to flow”.
Note that dispassion is called rasa — “sap, taste”. Not dryness, but taste.
This is an important correction to all that was said of renunciation. True dispassion is not empty; it is full, and therefore in need of nothing.
And further: the word garbhiṇī hints that dispassion is not an end but a pregnancy. Something will be born of it.
