परं पौरुषमाश्रित्य नीत्वा चित्तमचित्तताम् ध्यानतो हृदयाकाशे चिति चिच्चक्रधारया

paraṃ pauruṣamāśritya nītvā cittamacittatām dhyānato hṛdayākāśe citi ciccakradhārayā
