The second mantra names Him akhaṇḍaika-rasātmā — “whose Ātman is the undivided one savour”.
The word rasa we met already in the sixteenth paragraph of the second chapter of the uttara, where Rāma was named “the highest light and the savour”. There I said that rasa is not the taste of food but that which is enjoyed.
Here to it is added akhaṇḍa — “unsplit, whole” — and eka, “single”.
The sense comes out thus: in Him there are no parts and no change of savour. With us everything splinters — one thing pleases today, another tomorrow; and every joy is mixed.
Note that this is the list's second name, and it is still abstract, like the first. The list begins from above and will descend: in a few mantras the Vedas will appear, then the jīvas, then the elements, then death.
Such a structure is not accidental. It is easy to acknowledge as God the “non-dual bliss”; it is harder to acknowledge as Him what the fifteenth mantra will name.
