The seventh name is Śrī, the goddess of prosperity and beauty, the consort of Viṣṇu.
In this book her name has occurred more than once already, and always in connection with fruit: the eight-syllable word of the Sāvitrī is “anointed with prosperity”; the knower of the Mahālakṣmī yajus “obtains great prosperity”.
There śrī was what is given. Here — what He is.
That is the whole move. While the speech is of fruits, prosperity is an object; when it comes to doxology, it proves to be one more of His names.
Note that Nṛsiṃha has a consort in tradition as well: Lakṣmī-Nṛsiṃha, where the goddess sits on His knee and stills His wrath. Such images are common in the southern temples.
The book does not speak of this; but, by setting Śrī in the litany, it gives ground to that image.
