译文
This is expressed by a ṛc too: “The ṛcs are in the imperishable, highest heaven, in which all the gods are seated. Who does not know that — what will he do with the ṛc? But those who know that, they sit here together.”

The same ṛc as in the ninth paragraph of the fourth Upaniṣad, and it is cited again.
The repetition here is no slip. In the fourth Upaniṣad it sealed the examination of the Sāvitrī; here — the charting of the diagram.
And each time it does one thing: after the detailed and intricate, it reminds that detail is not knowledge.
Just now five rings, five mantras, thirty-three gods and two luminaries have been enumerated. And at once: “who does not know that, what is the ṛc to him?”
Note that the word akṣara in this verse means both “syllable” and “imperishable”. And in the previous paragraph the same word named what stands in the hub: ekākṣaram, “the one-syllabled”.
That is, the ṛc is cited both by sense and by word: in the diagram the imperishable is at the centre; in the ṛc the hymns abide in the imperishable.
And its end is peaceable: “but those who know that, they sit here together”.
