Oṁ. He who is Śrī-Rāmacandra — He is the Lord, and He is he who is the Highest Ātman. Earth, mid-air, heaven! To him be bow upon bow.

The forty-fifth mantra names Him Paramātman — “the Highest Ātman”.
This word in Vedānta means Him who dwells in every heart beside the jīva. The Muṇḍaka and the Śvetāśvatara give the famous image: two birds on one tree; one pecks the fruits, the other watches without tasting.
We met this name in the fifth paragraph of the fifth Upaniṣad of the pūrva, where the four ātmans were listed: the self, the inner, the Highest and the ātman of knowledge. I noted then that all four are worshipped and not confused.
Set this mantra beside the seventh, where He was named the jīva.
Both are in one list, and both are of Him. But the doxology does not confuse them: the one is that by which everyone lives; the other is He who is with everyone.
This is the Vaiṣṇava reading: oneness of essence with difference of persons. Two birds on one tree — and the tree is one.
