एषा ब्राह्मी स्थितिः स्वच्छा निष्कामा विगतामया आदाय विहरन्नेवं संकटेषु न मुह्यति

“This is the limpid state of Brahman, desireless and free of disease; taking it up and wandering thus, a man is not bewildered even in the straits.”

The expression brāhmī sthitiḥ — “the state of Brahman” — is from the Bhagavad-gītā, where the second chapter ends with it: attaining it, one is not deluded, and abiding in it even at the hour of death, one gains the nirvāṇa of Brahman.
Here the same, and in almost the same words: saṅkaṭeṣu na muhyati — “in the straits he is not bewildered”.
Note the word saṅkaṭa — “the strait, the impasse”. It was in 3.25, where craving drives into the strait even him who is in a palace.
And again viharan — “wandering”. The fifth time in this chapter.
Vigata-āmayā — “free of disease”. The word āmaya is “sickness”; cf. nirāmaya in 2.68 and 4.55.
The whole book ends by naming health.
