राजसूयम् त्वम् अर्हसिrājasūyam tvam arhasiyou are worthy of the Rajasuya;
जानतः तु एव ते सर्वम्jānataḥ tu eva te sarvamthough you know all,
किम् चित् वक्ष्यामि भारतkim cit vakṣyāmi bhārataI shall still tell you something, O Bharata;
जामदग्न्येन रामेणjāmadagnyena rāmeṇaby Rama Jamadagnya [Parashurama]
क्षत्रम् यत् अवशेषितम्kṣatram yat avaśeṣitamthe kshatriyas that were left as a remnant —

Here the Lord, before giving counsel, acknowledges Yudhishthira's own worth and does not set his knowledge above him. It is telling that Krishna says "though you know all" — a true teacher does not belittle the one who asks but speaks as to an equal. Scripture thus shows courtesy even in instruction from above; and Krishna goes on to survey the kingdoms.
