देवनागरी
येषु येष्वपि देशेषु रामभद्र उपास्यते । दुर्भिक्षादिभयं तेषु न भवेत्तु कदाचन

The list of sins is over, and the speech passes to what happens not to the soul but to the land.
Durbhikṣa means “famine, dearth” — literally “bad alms”: a time when there is nothing to give the beggar.
And it is said: where He is honoured, this shall not be.
The promise is earthly and entirely material, and the book is not ashamed of it. We have seen such already: in the sixty-fifth verse of the fourth Upaniṣad of the pūrva long life and health were promised, in the sixty-sixth — a son to the sonless.
But here the promise is not private but common: not “to the worshipper” but “to the land where they worship”.
In this is the old and sound notion that piety is no private matter. A kingdom where the Highest is remembered is ordered otherwise than a kingdom where He is forgotten; and famine in it comes not from a bad harvest but from what is done with the harvest.
Note the name too: rāmabhadra, “Rāma the good”. By the same name the gods called Him in the fifteenth verse of the fourth Upaniṣad of the pūrva, when they asked protection.
