प्राप्तं प्राप्तव्यमखिलं भवता पूर्णचेतसा स्वरूपे तपसि ब्रह्मन्मुक्तस्त्वं भ्रान्तिमुत्सृज

स्वरूपे तपसि ब्रह्मन्svarūpe tapasi brahmanin thine own nature and in austerity, O brāhmaṇa; in thy proper essence and in discipline, O brāhmaṇa
मुक्तः त्वम् भ्रान्तिम् उत्सृजmuktaḥ tvam bhrāntim utsṛjathou art free — cast off delusion; thou art freed, abandon the error
अनुवाद
“By thee, whose consciousness is full, all that is attainable has been attained — in thine own nature and in austerity. Thou art free, O brāhmaṇa; cast off delusion.”

The teacher's closing word, and it could not be shorter: muktas tvam — “thou art free”.
Not “thou shalt become”, not “thou wilt be, if”. Already.
In this the whole matter was resolved. Śuka acquired nothing in Mithilā. He was told that he has everything.
The word bhrānti — “delusion, circling” — is of the same root as bhramatā in 2.35: “with a mind wandering through the world”. The wandering was the sole hindrance; the message that there is nothing to wander after puts an end to it.
Note the verb utsṛja — “cast off”, imperative. The single order Janaka has given in the whole chapter.
It is useful to take this as a rule for oneself too: most often what hinders is not the lack of something, but the holding.
