जगज्जाल पदार्थात्मा सर्व एवाहमक्षयः तृतीयो निश्चयश्चोक्तो मोक्षायैव द्विजोत्तम

तृतीयः निश्चयः च उक्तःtṛtīyaḥ niścayaḥ ca uktaḥand the third conviction is declared; and the third resolve is pronounced
मोक्षाय एव द्विज-उत्तमmokṣāya eva dvija-uttamato be for liberation itself, O best of the twice-born; precisely for release, O first of the twice-born
अनुवाद
“‘I am the self of the whole net of the world's things, I am all and imperishable’ — this third conviction too is declared to lead to liberation, O best of the twice-born.”

The third conviction is the same as the first selfhood of 5.89: “I am all”.
It too is named as leading to liberation.
Note the order: in the second chapter and the fifth this conviction stood first and highest; here it is third in the count, after minuteness.
Order in the book's lists does not always denote rank; still it is worth marking that nowhere does it declare either of these two convictions above the other.
Both lead to freedom. To dispute which is truer is that very vāda against which 4.74 warned.
Akṣaya — “imperishable”. The key word of the list: whatever a man thinks of himself, he must know that he will not perish.
