शान्तसन्देहदौरात्म्यं गतकौतुकविभ्रमम् परिपूर्णान्तरं चेतः पूर्णेन्दुरिव राजते

अनुवाद
“Consciousness in which the malignancy of doubt has stilled and the flutter of curiosity has gone, full within, shines — like the full moon.”

The image of the full moon for the fourth time (2.27, 4.16, 4.32, here).
It is chosen for one property: the full moon neither wanes nor waxes — at that moment it is whole.
Note the word daurātmya with doubt: “malignancy, evil nature”. Doubt is named not an error of the mind but a corruption.
This is truly observed. Constant doubting is not caution; it is a state in which a man is unwell.
Kautuka-vibhrama — “the flutter of curiosity”. The same word kautuka as in 5.59.
And paripūrṇa-antaram — “full within”. The fullness is not in possession but in the inner state.
The whole verse, in essence, is a definition of health of soul: he doubts not, flits not, is full.
