प्रबुद्धबुद्धेः प्रक्षीणभोगेच्छस्य निराशिषः नास्त्यविद्यामलमिति प्राज्ञस्तूपदिशेद्गुरुः

भोग-इच्छस्य निराशिषःbhoga-icchasya nirāśiṣaḥthe desire for enjoyments, who is without cravings; the lust for delights, who is free of petitions
न अस्ति अविद्या-मलम् इतिna asti avidyā-malam iti“there is no stain of ignorance”; “no taint of unknowing exists”
प्राज्ञः तु उपदिशेत् गुरुःprājñaḥ tu upadiśet guruḥlet the wise teacher so instruct; let the discerning preceptor so direct
अनुवाद
“To him whose reason is awakened, whose desire for enjoyments is spent and who has no cravings — to him let the wise teacher declare: ‘there is no stain of ignorance.’”

The other side of the same rule: to whom one may speak.
Three marks of the ready man.
Prabuddha-buddhi — “awakened in reason”. Not well-read, but precisely awakened.
Prakṣīṇa-bhoga-iccha — “the desire for enjoyments spent”. Not “suppressed” — spent of itself.
Nirāśis — “without cravings”. The word āśis means “a blessing, a wish, what one begs of the gods”. He begs for nothing.
To this man it is said: nāsty avidyā-malam — “there is no stain of ignorance”.
Note that even the highest teaching is given as a removal, not an addition. Not “thou art God”, but “there is no stain”.
This agrees with 4.111: in one of perfect insight, ignorance has nowhere to come from.
