अनादिमध्यान्तमनन्तवीर्य-
मनन्तबाहुं शशिसूर्यनेत्रम् ।
पश्यामि त्वां दीप्तहुताशवक्त्रं
स्वतेजसा विश्वमिदं तपन्तम् ॥

anādi-madhyāntam ananta-vīryam
ananta-bāhuṁ śaśi-sūrya-netram |
paśyāmi tvāṁ dīpta-hutāśa-vaktraṁ
sva-tejasā viśvam idaṁ tapantam ||

विश्वम् इदम्viśvam idamthis entire universe.
तपन्तम्tapantamscorching, consuming.
Translation
“I see You without beginning, middle, or end, possessed of boundless valor and countless arms. I see that Your eyes are the sun and the moon, that blazing fire pours forth from Your mouth, and that by Your radiance You scorch this entire universe.”
