अर्जुन उवाच ।
स्थाने हृषीकेश तव प्रकीर्त्या
जगत्प्रहृष्यत्यनुरज्यते च ।
रक्षांसि भीतानि दिशो द्रवन्ति
सर्वे नमस्यन्ति च सिद्धसङ्घाः ॥

sthāne hṛṣīkeśa tava prakīrtyā
jagat prahṛṣyaty anurajyate ca |
rakṣāṁsi bhītāni diśo dravanti
sarve namasyanti ca siddha-saṅghāḥ ||

अनुरज्यते चanurajyate caand is filled with love.
रक्षांसिrakṣāṁsithe Rākṣasas (demons).
भीतानिbhītānifrightened.
दिशःdiśaḥin all directions.
द्रवन्तिdravantithey flee.
सर्वेsarveall.
नमस्यन्ति चnamasyanti caand they bow down.
सिद्धसङ्घाःsiddha-saṅghāḥthe hosts of Siddhas (perfected beings).
Translation
Arjuna said: “O Hṛṣīkeśa, it is indeed right that the whole world rejoices and is filled with love at Your glorification! The frightened Rākṣasas flee in all directions, while the hosts of perfected beings bow before You in reverence.”
