यः अन्तरिक्षे तिष्ठन् अन्तरिक्षात् अन्तरो यम् अन्तरिक्षं न वेद यस्य अन्तरिक्षं शरीरं यः अन्तरिक्षम् अन्तरो यमयति एषः ते आत्मा अन्तर्यामी अमृतः

yaḥ antarikṣe tiṣṭhan antarikṣāt antaro yam antarikṣaṃ na veda yasya antarikṣaṃ śarīraṃ yaḥ antarikṣam antaro yamayati eṣaḥ te ātmā antaryāmī amṛtaḥ

He who, dwelling in the mid-region, is within it, whom the mid-region does not know, whose body is the mid-region, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
