यः त्वचि तिष्ठन् त्वचः अन्तरो यं त्वक् न वेद यस्य त्वक् शरीरं यः त्वचम् अन्तरो यमयति एषः ते आत्मा अन्तर्यामी अमृतः

yaḥ tvaci tiṣṭhan tvacaḥ antaro yaṃ tvak na veda yasya tvak śarīraṃ yaḥ tvacam antaro yamayati eṣaḥ te ātmā antaryāmī amṛtaḥ

Translation

He who, dwelling in the skin, is within it, whom the skin does not know, whose body is the skin, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
