यः तेजसि तिष्ठन् तेजसः अन्तरो यं तेजः न वेद यस्य तेजः शरीरं यः तेजः अन्तरो यमयति एषः ते आत्मा अन्तर्यामी अमृतः

yaḥ tejasi tiṣṭhan tejasaḥ antaro yaṃ tejaḥ na veda yasya tejaḥ śarīraṃ yaḥ tejaḥ antaro yamayati eṣaḥ te ātmā antaryāmī amṛtaḥ

He who, dwelling in light, is within it, whom light does not know, whose body is light, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
